Terms & Conditions – Cleaning

1: ‘Ace Clean & Hire’ reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the clients original requirements change.

2: If collection of keys is required from a location outside the local area, £10 fee will apply.

3:The client must allow the cleaners access to hot water and power.

4: ‘Ace Clean & Hire’ will provide all cleaning detergents and equipment required to carry out the service, unless the customer wants to supply their own.

5: The duration of the service may vary, therefore a degree of flexibility is required.

6: All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.

7: In case of a complaint, ‘Ace Clean & Hire’ requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work.
7.1 the client agrees to inspect work after it has been completed and to draw the cleaners attention to any outstanding cleaning issues while they are still on site.
7.2 due to the nature of the service the client agrees that ‘Ace clean & Hire’ will only correct any problems reported within 24 hours of the completion of the service.

8: The client can cancel the scheduled service by giving no less than 24 hours prior notice.

9: Our cleaning service requires a £50 deposit payable to ‘Ace Clean & Hire’ either by bank or cash at the time of the booking.

10: Client must make the payment by either bank transfer, card or cash before the cleaners leave the clients premises.

11: If payment has not been made after 24 hours a 8% late fee charge may be added.

12: No refund claims will be entertained once the cleaning service has been carried out.

13: Refund will be issued only if:

13.1: the client has cancelled a cleaning visit within the allowed time (24 hours) prior to the start of the cleaning visit;
13.2: a cleaner has not been able to carry out the cleaning due to reasons beyond the clients responsibility.
